During my recent stay at B&B De Lijsterhof, I found the location to be unbeatable, with a central yet tranquil setting that provided a peaceful retreat at night. The great Wi-Fi and easy self-check-in and out were convenient touches that enhanced the overall experience. The room itself was very clean and spacious, featuring nice wood floors and comfortable beds, although the gap between the mattresses was a bit bothersome.One aspect that stood out was the exceptional staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, exemplified by their swift action in reuniting me with a lost wallet. The food served was delicious, with a keen attention to detail that accommodated special dietary needs like gluten-free options.However, I did notice some areas for improvement. The lack of decorative elements in the room made it feel somewhat sterile, and noise from the street could be disruptive, especially in the early hours. The absence of an on-site breakfast option, as initially promised, was a disappointment. While the cleanliness, service, and amenities provided are commendable, the absence of certain expected features may influence the perceived luxury versus the cost.
